At CES this week, AT&T announces a new Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering that includes various cloud services, SDKs, samples, docs, forums, etc. The APIs are secured using OAuth 2 courtesy of Apigee
It also includes an HTML5 SDK that extends Sencha Touch w/ a provider that proxies requests through to AT&T MMS, location, payments, and other services.
It seems like something to keep an eye on for sure.
